Blue Lips Creations — Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation when it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
• We use USPS First Class for small/light items and USPS Priority for larger or heavier orders.
• For local customers (in Puerto Rico), we may offer a local pickup or a discounted local courier option.
3. Shipping Rates
• Shipping Rate will depend on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Domestic (USA / Puerto Rico): 3–7 business days after shipping
• International: 10–21 business days (depending on country)
• These are estimated delivery times — once the order is handed to the shipping carrier, the actual delivery timeline depends on them. 
5. Tracking
• We provide tracking on all orders unless otherwise noted.
• Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
6. Delays & Exceptions
• Please note that during holidays, high-volume sales, or due to unexpected carrier delays, shipping may take longer than usual.
• We’ll always do our best to communicate any delays as soon as possible.
7. Packaging
• We package each item carefully using bubble wrap, padded mailers, or small boxes — depending on what the product is — to ensure safe delivery.
8. Damages / Lost Packages
• If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
• Include a photo of the damage (if applicable) and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
