Blue Lips Creations — Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Lips Creations, every item is handmade with care. Because of the nature of handcrafted products, we want to make sure our customers understand how returns and refunds work.

1. All Sales Are Final (Handmade Items)
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom orders
• Personalized items
• Seasonal or limited-edition products
• Used, opened, or altered items

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you!
• You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
• Please send:
* Your order number
* A clear photo or video of the damage
* A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
Once we review the case, we will offer:
• A replacement (if the item can be remade y will remake them, if not an item of the same price)
or
• A store credit for the value of the item

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Delivery to the wrong address (if the customer provided an incorrect address)
For packages lost in transit (never delivered), we will confirm with the tracking number and re-send the items if available. If not available store credit will be provided.

4. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order:
• Contact us within 3 business days
• Include your order number and photos of what you received
We will send the correct item or the missing item at no extra cost.

5. Canceling an Order
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
