• We use USPS First Class for small or light items and USPS Priority for larger or heavier orders.
• For local customers in Puerto Rico, we may offer local pickup or a discounted local courier option.

• Domestic orders within the USA and Puerto Rico usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.
• International orders usually arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the actual timeline depends on the carrier.

5Tracking

• We provide tracking on all orders unless otherwise noted.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

• During holidays, high-volume sales, or unexpected carrier delays, shipping may take longer than usual.
• We’ll always do our best to communicate any delays as soon as possible.

7Packaging

We package each item carefully using bubble wrap, padded mailers, or small boxes, depending on the product, to help ensure safe delivery.

8Damages / Lost Packages

• If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
• Include a photo of the damage, if applicable, and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
